How long does it take to get a campaign created?
From the time we meet to discuss your target audience and your marketing strategy to the time your marketing pieces drop in the mail is typically two to three weeks. However, if you need your campaign launched on a shorter timeline, let your Simply Smart Mail representative know and we’ll work with you to get the job done.

How do I ensure that my mailing pieces match my brand?
When you set up your account, tell your Simply Smart Mail representative that you want your marketing materials and web page customized to match your brand. We’ll create customized materials that dovetail with the look and feel of your other marketing media.

Will this work with my web site?

Yes! If you use the Simply Smart Mail customized landing page, where you drive interested prospects to a web page that is customized with their name and other information, we’ll work with your webmaster to set up the pages on your site.

Don’t have a webmaster? No problem! Our team can do the work for you. In either case, prospects will be visiting YOUR web site.

I already have a database. Can I still use Simply Smart Mail
Yes! If you want the Simply Smart Mail team to handle your mailing for you, you will need to provide your mailing list to us. The easiest way to do this is to export your database from your existing system and then load it into the secure Simply Smart Mail database.

When you’re ready to do a mailing, simply tell us which portion of your database you want to contact.

How do I add names to my Simply Smart Mail database?
Log into your account at www.SimplySmartMail.com/login. Then select Database Management > Add Record to add names manually, one at a time.

To load an exported list of names, select Database Management > Upload File.

How much does Simply Smart Mail cost?
A Simply Smart Mail subscription costs as little as $29 per month - even less if you invest in an annual subscription. You can choose from three different membership packages - there’s one to suit every budget and need.

Note: Your membership fee does not include the costs of postage, printing, creation of customized marketing materials. To review what is included in each package, please refer to the Simply Smart Mail fee schedule.

How do I cancel my membership?
Cancellations must be made in writing. You may either fax your cancellation to 877.683.1209 or your may email your cancellation to support@simplysmartmail.com. Your cancellation will be processed and your account will be closed within 3 business days. Refunds on annual subscriptions will be prorated.
